Who we are

We are Donatas and Laurens. We believe that a lot of software teams can drastically improve the way they work. Improve to meet team goals, lower stress levels, ensure team members enjoy their jobs, and a lot more.

We have been lucky to work on a lot of high performing teams over our careers. As we both enjoy teaching, sharing knowledge, and mentoring others, we thought it was time to join forces and turn this passion for excellence into a consulting business.

Donatas

• Software development and continuous improver. Always in search for the best, simplest approach to the problem at hand.

• Team player. Greatly enjoys mentoring colleagues to see them grow in terms of coding skills, but also best practices around writing code.

Laurens

• Software developer and operations expert.
• As lead of the DevOps team, was responsible for software operations, deployment, security and development tooling for ~35 devs at Channable.
• Regular conference speaker. Loves teaching new techniques and tricks to others. Especially soft-skills.
• Python, Haskell, Nix, Postgres, Linux, Google Cloud Platform, Hashicorp Consul, Terraform & Vault, and a ton of DevOps tools.
